Training for shop floor workers on key processes like welding, painting, powder coating, pressing and forming for yield improvement and waste reduction. The training programmes are offered by leading industry experts from institutions like National Institute of Coating Technology (NICT), National Welding Research Training Institute (NWRTI) and others, There are two formats offered: skilling workshops to enhance shop floor skills at a particular customer organisation and structured competency development workshops of 2 days or 3 days to give in-depth training on a particular subject. The participants of the structured workshops are given 'Certificates of Completion' on passing the final examination. These workshops are currently being conducted online.
